I am trying to change options and the changes are not being set. I think there is an issue with the account not having access to the file(s) it is trying to change. Can someone tell me what file(s) are being modified when setting/modifying options? Thanks.

Don't use Windows Terminal Server for that becasue it rollbacks all your changes after you logoff. Do it directly on the server.

24x7 Scheduler Universal Java Edition: most of the settings are in preferences.xml
24x7 Event Server: most of the settings are in 24x7es.ini, also in the registry
