Post Remote Control Connections and license.dat files Reply with quote

We had been testing 24x7 on Win2k servers
when our 30 days expired. We recently got
codes to continue our testing. Remote
Control connections which previously worked
no longer due (no changes to ports or IP
IP addresses). When an attempt is made to
connect to the master server is made from
Remote Control, a "license.txt" fine in
notepad popups up on the master server and
the Remote Control PC reports that it can't
make the connection.

Any ideas? The same configureation worked a
few weeks ago and the only change was to add
the serial number at the registration prompt.

Thanks,
Don

I guess you got license code for a single installation license and applied it to all computers. That's why the software refuses to communicate to each other the license.txt pops up. You either need a site license or different "single" licenses for each computer.
