It is licensed per computer. You install i on 2 computers you need 2 licenses, you install it on 5 you need 5. There are a couple of exceptions. For using web server based graphical interfaces you would need to obtain a site license. If you don't have a site license and you want to use 24x7 client (COM or Java API) with your custom programs you would need a separate license for each client instance. : I was having problems attaching to a server, apparently because I applied the
