I'm getting an error on the one job that I have running as another user:
Return code: 1314 - A required privilege is not held by the client.
The user that I specified is a member of the local Administrators, and has also been granted the logon as batch and logon as service.
It is the same identity that was being used previously to run the same program under the Windows Scheduled Tasks, too.
Also, the account under which 24x7 itself is running (as a service) has the two privileges and is also a member of Administrators on the local computer.
Is there some other privilege I'm missing?

Try restrting the computer. Privileges are cached.
