No there are no command line tools for that and no plans to make such tools. For your information: the main purpose of the Import/Export tool is to allow one-time mass changes in job properties through the export-change-import mechanism. Job properties are stored in an encrypted file (including passwords, FTP addresses, database logins, email logins, etc…) and exporting them to open systems is not a good idea from a security point of view. If you are concerned about making backups, you can use the "Backup job database and logs" job template to setup periodic job database and log/trace files backups into zipped time-stamped folders. : Are there Command Line commands available to import and export the Job
