First thing you need to do is figuring out whether the problem is local to your web application or to IIS. If the IIS server is running and accepting new requests after disappearance of your application then the problem is in the web application. Next you need to figure if the problem is caused by some invalid data being sent to/from the web application. Check which data has been sent or the processing performed just before your application disappeared. Also check Windows Event Logs for error messages and warnings recorded by IIS. If your application maintains its own log file(s), check them first. If nothing turns on please get back to us and describe how you are making 24x7 Scheduler to interact with your web application. More details you provide better and faster help you can get here. : We are currently testing 24x7 Scheduler for updating of QlikTech : applications. : The QlikTech WEB server (IIs), the QlikTech applications that are updated, : and 24x7 Scheduler all reside on the same server. : After 6-8 hours, the QlikTech WEB application can not be found. : We have been rebooting the server and the problem then clears up. : Is there something that we should be looking at? : Other than that, our evaluation of your product is very positive. : Thanks
