Yes, it supports Win 2003. It also supports jobs in SQL Server as well as Oracle, DB2, Sybase and other database systems. It does not use SQL Server as a storage database. It supports job prioritization. Different levels of job prioritization can be achieved via job priorities (job property), job queues, CPU binding and job run-time modes. You can setup different queues for different users and use different options for different user jobs. You can enable the built-in security system if you have a need for role-based administration.
