Hi we have a few jobs that are getting stuck in their respective queues.

When i run the job manually it runs fine but for some reason at times
the job will kick off and say its running in the queue but never finish.
We are using version 3.4.24 on win 2003

See all jobs to run detached. Place jobs for different applications (or job streams) into different queues. Don't run jobs that run only for a few seconds in asynchronous mode. Set them to run synchronous. All together this should help.
