service doesnt run jobs

Hello,

2 questions

When I set 24x7 to run as a service none of my jobs run.
I turn the service off, launch 24x7 normal, all the jobs run fine.
How do I start 24x7 as a service and have it execute the jobs?
also when it is a service how do I access the job monitor and job queue?

Also I would like to have 24x7 run as a service on an app server
Then I would like two users to be able to access that 24x7 so they can run jobs, and look at the log
I'm guessing I would use remote control, but I heard there is web access, but I don't see any documentation for it
I tried to test the remote control (and remote agent) setup, I setup the remote tab in options and the remote agent on a test PC
When I test the connection I get a the license agreement on the screen
Do we I need two more full licenses for the two users PCs that need to control the main system to test?
I plan on purchasing, I just want to make sure it worked first
this is the result of the trace when I try to test the connection to the remote agent

1. If you run trial version set the service to run under LocalSystem and in the service properties check "Allow service to interact with Desktop" option. The trial version on startup displays interactive evaluation reminder dialog. So if you don't check the "Desktop" option you cannot see it and the service does not load completely waiting for you to close an invisible dialog.

2. My guess the reason the connection is refused is that you are trying to use the same license for different computers. Every installation requires a separate license. You should be able to find out the exact reason in schedule.log file on the server (this file is located in 24x7 home directory)

3. Regarding the web access, take a look at http://www.softtreetech.com/help/index.htm
and in particular check http://www.softtreetech.com/24x7/24x7web_gui.pdf manual.
