This version is compatible with the Win2k3. Since you are migrating anyway you may want to install a more recent version such as 3.4.24.
After the installation copy your job database file and all other relevant files (your batch files, data files, etc... whatever you use in your jobs).
The fastest way to copy all settings is to use the registry editor to export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0" key contents into a .REG file (select the key then use File/Export menu).
