Hi,

Triying to upgrade from a 3.0.1 to latest version using:
24x7 Automation Suite v3.4.24 upgrade (v3.x.x upgrade only, 11/15/2004, 4.6 MB)

Throws error when triying to substitute file 24x7.lib
It sais file is blocked by another app, but I think it's not possible(of course 24x7 is shutdown)

Any idea on this

Try deleting this file manually then running the setup.
