How do I exit the JAL script editor without saving changes ?

You cannot. But you you can either undo all of them by pressing CTRL+Z or if you edit it through Job Wizard close the Wizard without saving changes

Hi - and I thought that I was missing something obvious......

Whilst your instructions are a usefull workaround are there any plans to
implement am more normal ediitor "save/save as/exit" mechanism in the next release ?
