With 2004 coming to a close, what's your estimate of completing and releasing Version 4?

I am not sure I understood your question. The upgrade to the new major version will be available for all kinds of licenses. As it is always the case, the upgrade fee will be different for different licenses. The upgrade will be free to all users who have annual tech. support contract or purchased a license after certain date (usually last couple of months before new major version release).
