Hi,

I am using 24x7 to check for a file
deposited in a directory every 5 minutes.

When the file is in the directory I
process it.

The trouble is, that simply finding the file
in the directory is not enough.

I need to be sure that the other process
depositing the file has finished the transfer.

Is there a simple way of doing this?

Use "Monitor file size stability" job properties which are designed specifically for this purpose.
