I know I cannot specify this now but in v4.0, will I be able to specify record length, block size, etc... with the FTPConfig command? If I place it in a batch script, I lose the ability of knowing whether the transfer worked or not because 24x7 just reports whether the batch file opened and closed successfully. When is version 4.0 due it out?

As far as know there will be an option to execute arbitrary FTP commands as part of other FTP operations, in other words, in the same FTP session.
I think you can use that option to run a command like below just before the FTP transfer

SITE STOR=STANDARD MG=PERM DATAC=PSFB LR=100 BK=0

I don't know the release date for 4.0, but the first public beta version is planned for November.
