I suspect this is caused by a job having "on startup" schedule. Try starting 24x7 from command line as "24x7.exe /NOTIMER" command. If it will start disable "on startup" jobs, save changes and restart normal. Fix previously disabled jobs. If it will not start, rename the job database file and then start normal. After start use File/Open menu to open the renamed file. : We have been running 24x7 scheduler for approx. 8 years now. The other day we : had a problem where our NFS software was making all the data files we touched : into an unreadable state. I mention this because one of our scripts touches : these files. : To solve this problem we rebooted the machine, just like normal. Over the : weekend : one of the workers started up 24x7 scheduler. The GUI will display but then : it : will stop responding according to Task Manager. Any ideas?
