I cannot answer this quetion without knowing more about the problem. The current question is like "my car sometimes breaks is this a known issue?" Please provide more information, what happens before? are there any errors in the job log? Windows NT event logs? Does it always happen at the same time (or job), etc.. everything you consider releveant. I would definitely recommend upgrading to 3.4.22 which is the last one. A number of bugs have been fixed since that version. If you problem is caused by a bug, there is a good chance that bug has been fixed. The upgrade is free. You can find it at http://www.softtreetech.com/24x7/downloads.htm : We are running 24x7 Scheduler (3.4.3) on a Windows 2000 (SP4) workstation and : it occasionally will stop running. Is this a known issue and if so, is : there an upgrade that can be applied to correct it? Thanks in advance for : your assistance.
