V 3.4.21 upgrade error

HI,

When upgrading to version 3.4.21 I get the message that the 24x7snmp.dll is in use and cannot be replaced.
Even after restarting the server without starting 24x7 sheduler, i keep getting this message.

Anu idea what could be using this DLL and can I just answer 'ignore'?

Stop SNMP service, install the upgrade and then restart the service.
