I am writing start and finish notification events to a database, and have noticed
that in some cases, "@V"event"" in the 'Run Script' on Start / Finish / Error action in Step 6 of 9 in the job
wizard return 'SSTART', 'FFINISH', 'EERROR'.

I cannot seem to find any commonality between the jobs that experience this behavior. Not all jobs exhibit
this behavior.
