Remote Control Connect Fails

I'm not able to connect to the server, using Remote Control. Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for configuring the Master and Remote Control? I've tried many combinations of parms and userids. My trace output is below.

Thanks! I'm up-and-running now. The link was a big help.

I was a bit confused on the architecture. The remote server requires the Scheduler and a Remote Agent (started by "...\24x7.exe /agent") to be runnning. The workstation requires a Remote Control session (started by "...\24x7.exe /rcontrol"). Also, I had the same license keys defined on both machines. (Thanks to Tech Support for that tip.)

Once everything was configured correctly, I was able to connect, but was not able to see any of the jobs defined on the server. I restarted all components and everything seems OK now.
