What are the parameters (if any) I could send to the
24x7 service running under windows 2000 server?

I'm specifically looking for some sort of
"login script" / Batch File that would run every
time the service is started that would create drive
mappings that would be available through out the
life of the service.

Create a job that starts on the scheduler startup using [on startup] schedule type. This job will run when the service starts.
