My team has been charged with moving to a new Oracle box but quite a few of our scheduled jobs reside on the old server. Is there a way I can move my .DAT file from the old to the new server and thus preserve the entries recorded therein vs. having to rebuild the entire list of scheduled jobs on the new server?

Just copy the .DAT file and then use File/Open menu on the new server to open the copied file. That's it.
