Job always in job queue

Hi, I did a job to reboot my server.
This job is always in job queue and restart
when the server restarting. I did a restart
of 24x7 with no timer option and i erased the
job from database. Everytime I restart 24x7 the
server reboot. I did an upgrade to 3.4.17. with
no success.

How I can clean the job queue in no timer mode?

Method 1. Delete files from job queue directories.
Method 2: Start 24x7 with /NOTIMER option and then open Tools/Options and check Reset Job Queues on Startup option. Restart the scheduler.
