After changing the key in the registry you need to restart the agent for it to pickup the new key. Please make sure you have the site license key. If you attempt to use a single license key for several computers you will end up with a license sharing violation and the license.txt will popup on every attempted connection. Please also check the job log on the agent for additional error messages and warning related to the connection problem. See schedule.log file and NT application event log. : All agents, and the master scheduler were registered correctly with the : license : key we were provided with. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled 24x7 and entered : the key : in again - I've verified that the agents and scheduler are registered (in the : About) - and : I'm still getting the problem. : I did change value in the registry key you mentioned - it was all zeroes when : I opened the registry, but : the key (the license key I just entered) is not helping the issue? Please : advise.
