We have a new job set up with the following specs:
Monthly
First weekday
4:30 PM
Skip holiday (not set)
Slide holiday (yes)

The job ran as expected for the first time on
December 1st. The next scheduled holiday is
1/1/04. However, we now notice that the
"next run" is set for 2/2/04. We want it to run
on 1/2/04. Why is it "skipping" the January run?
