I'm trying to get a mail sent with a file attached.
Using the the command MailSendWithAttachment as specified
below will generate a mail without recipient. As soon
as I enter a mailadress (exp. dbarcklow@ibo.de) I
get an error message. We are using outlook and an
exchange server. Do I need to enter mailadresses in
a specific format?

What error message do you get?
Can you send emails without attachments using MailSend command?
You do not specify file path to test.csv. Is this file stored in 24x7 home directory?

The error message is:

An error occurred while executing 24x7 script
Line 10: Sending mail failed: Mail return failed.

For Line 10 see my first post.

I cannot send mails without attachments (MailSend).
Same problem arises as soon as I enter a recipient
adress.

The file is in the 24x7 home directory...will change that later.

Try changing mail send method in Tools/Options menu from "Send by Name" to "Send by Address" or visa versa.

Also make sure you specify correct profile name.

Worked, thanks! Now I have the problem that outlook asks
me manually to allow the application to send a mail.

I need to handle this with my system admin.

GOOD RESPONSE TIME AND VALUABLE HELP!

Either "send by name" or "send by address" method should be compatible with your email system. If setup and email parameters are correct the Send Message window does not appear and it does not require user interaction. Email recipient's name/address format depends on your email system settings and may differ for different methods.

By the way, we always recommend using SMTP email interface instead of MAPI because SMTP does not require any middleware such as Outlook and so on. Check with your sys admin how to configure SMTP email properties.
