Correct. As on option you can turn on the script tracing feature (Tools/Options menu; Log tab) and run jobs from the DOS prompt using 24x7 /JOB command then view trace results using Notepad or any other text editor including 24x7 built-in editor. The editor can be started from DOS as well using 24x7 /EDIT [trace file name here] command. Another option is to run a separate development version 24x7 on a different computer just for job development, testing a debugging. This installation would require a separate software license. : Yes, we are. : (I didn't want to be logged in as a user at all times.) : Does this mean that I need to shut down the 24X7 Scheduler Service : (Right-click the icon in the system tray; select EXIT) then start up a : 24X7 user-session when I want to do testing using the debugger? : Thanks, : Jim
