Here is what was changed in 3.4.10

1. Fixed Job Properties Wizard to display correctly 12:00 AM and not as 12:00 PM in the job start time field. This problem occurred when regional settings included AM/PM time modifiers.
2. TIME_LIST and DAY_LIST properties are now supported in all places including job definition export/import functions, JobDescribe and JobModify statements, COM and Java interfaces and so on...
3. Made small but important enhancements in the JAL script engine. As a result double-double quotes are not stripped anymore.
4. Made changes in HTML report generator to provide better support for international settings and to fix problems caused by differences in regional settings selected for different system and user accounts.
