can this program handle different file name+fo

For example everyday a file is created.

(a) testxxxxxx.123(day one)
(b) testxxxxx1.123(day two)
(c) testxxxxx2.123(day three)and etc.

1.copy file(s) at preset time+day of week
2.check to see if the file get copied properly
3.check to see if it is the correct file-read ASCII
4.if is not ready at preset time, will it automaticaly reschedule.
5.if not ready will it be able to email?
