How does the retry feature work in 24x7 automation suite 3.4.2? When looking at the jobs and their scheduled times, I see a column labled failed. That is never used even if the job fails. It also does not appear to go into the retry mode ever. What's up? (I am using W2K pro)

This column is only used when job retry option is enabled. 24x7 writes to that column how many times job has been ran and failed vs. how many total attempts should be made.

In order to allow job retry you need to enable "retry on error" option, set "number of retries" and "retry interval". These are job level options.
