Program crashes with application error.

Every time 24x7 starts it crashes with an applicaion error. We have started the program from the command line with the /notimer switch, which allows it to start fine. At this point we have gone in and disabled the offending job. When we restart 24x7 the disabled offending job runs and of course causes the application to crash. And yes we are saving the changes when we disable the offending job. The version we are running is 3.1.3
