I would like to use the HTML based status report option to make 24x7 activities available in our intranet.

I have configured the Option in the 24x7 Options and have defined a target directory.

No report is created, only four pictures were placed in my folder.
How do I manage to get a report?

Yes, I did restart the Scheduler, but that did not help it.

After you restarted the scheduler did you check that the HTML option is still enabled?

If you selected a destination directory on your network please check that account used to run 24x7 has permissions to read/write and delete files in that directory.
Also check that the drive mapping is still valid.
