Every time I try to schedule a job to run at 12:05 PM, it automatically saves the job to run at 12:05 AM. I've tried 12:10 PM, 12:15 PM up to 12:55 PM. It always switches to AM. My version reports that it is 3.3.7, but it seems to be missing some functions that I have on other servers as well. Could this be a corrupt install? Is there a bug somewhere?

Please check in the job properties that the value is saved as PM and not just diplayed incorrectly as AM.
Select the job and then check schedule properties on the Properties tab page of the Job Explorer window. If the value appears there as AM you've got some data corruption. If it appears as PM then it is the Job Wizard that incorrectly displays the value in the editable field. This could be caused by problems with system Arial font or display adapter settings - Large fonts.
