The only restriction is that the evaluation version if run as a NT service must be setup under the LocalSystem account and the "Allow service to interuct with Desktop" option must be enabled in the Control Panel Services applet. This is because in the evaluation mode the 24x7 service displays Evaluation Reminder dialog. The user is expected to click the Continue button in order to asknoledge the evaluation mode. After that the service will continue loading. If the service is not setup properly you cannot see the Reminder dialoag and load the 24x7 service. : We are evalutating 24x7 Scheduler and we can not
