Is there any way to have filezip include sub-directories?

Currently it is not supported. You would need to use an external zip program such as pkzip, for example

Dim pkzip_process_id
RunAndWait "pkzip -a-r myzipfile.zip c:\\data\\*.*", "", pkzip_process_id
