On my 3.3.0 system, when I run the Database Summary Report the resulting report has header information, but no data. What is wrong?

Can you reproduce this after restarting 24x7?

If yes, this possibly indicate the job database corruption. Try restoring it from a back up. If you don't have a recent back up send your job database file to support and will fix it for you.

Yes. Other reports work fine. Is there a way to create customized reports?

You can export job database records into an external relational database (for instance, into MS Access) and create custom reports using available report utilities (for instance you can use the same MS Access).
