Would it be possible to provide an enhanced "RunAndWait" command that allows me to specify that the Program I am calling should run as hidden or minimized?

We run most of our jobs using RunAndWait, and it is annoying to have 24x7 unusable because of the number of jobs that pop-up, moving the focus away from the 24x7 window. I have tried numerous workarounds but, unfortunately, none have been satisfactory.
