I've got a job set up to run when a file with mask *.* exists in a directory. It appears that 24x7 believes that a subdirectory is a file and is starting the job, which causes a failure and an notification. Is there any way to make 24x7 ignore the subdirectory?

Not as I know.

Can you use a more specific file mask? If files can have different extensions you can specify several masks as a comma-separated list as in the following example
c:\mydir\*.txt, c:\mydir\*.bak, d:\anotherdir\*.xyz

I may be able to. i would just prefer it if I could set one thing in 24x7 to deal with it as opposed to changing 20+ jobs and finding all of the possible file masks.
