screen refreshing problem |
|
Since I installed the v3.3 evaluation version yesterday on a Windows 2000 computer, I'm having screen update problems while being in the internal JAL script editor. Any suggestions ?? I can send a printscreen if you want. Still a marvellous product. Robbert de GROOT Publicis Group / Paris / France

Do you have this problem with JAL editor, SQL editor, VBScript editor or all of them? What about the debugger screen? What is the date/time of jaledit.dll on your system? Which Windows version do you run? : Installed the latest patch, but still having "terrible" screen : update problems when using the build-in editor. : Could it be my computer ?? Select any script type job and click the Debug debug button on the toolbar (or click File/Debug menu). Is the screen painting good or bad in the debugger? Did the problem appear after upgrade to v3.3? If yes, from which version did you upgrade? : The problem occurs with the JAL editor. When selecting any script type job and clicking on the Debug icon, nothing happens except a messagebox that tells me that modifications can't be undone. I did not upgrade from any previous version. I installed the full v3.30 and upgraded (STT asked me to do so) to the v3.31 I might try to uninstall the software and reinstall it again. What about that. I do not have similar problems with other software. Robbert

Please email screen shots demonstrating the problem to support@softtreetech.com. I thought I knew what kind of problem you are having, but it appears that your problem is different. Some one had a similar problem by description. You can search messages on this web board if you want to find the thread. As far as I know then the problem was fixed after upgrade to 3.3.1. : Just one copy : June 7th, 2002 and 86016 Bytes : Also one copy : April 14th 2001 and 311056 Bytes. : Would a hardcopy help you ?
