Since we applied SP2 on MS Sql Server 7.0, some jobs that run SQL packages (using command.com DTSRun) have been erroring.

We are on 24x7 v2.4.11. Are there any issues (like security) with SP2 vis-a-vis 2.4.11?

Update your job definitions. I think the package command line parameters (DTSRun [long alpha-numeric code here]) have changed after the upgrade and you are still using old ones

You are on the money. The parameter /M (package password) used to be optional, but in SP2 it is now required.
