Is it possible to have on job run daily and observe holidays, while another job runs daily but ignores holidays? It appears that if I enter a holiday it is in effect for all jobs that run daily.

The job processing actually depends on the "skip" and "slide" holidays options. Jobs can have different settings. If you uncheck "skip holidays" options and check all days it will cause the job to run every day including holidays.
