I am using the template to replicate job folders (RemoteCopyJobFolder). A few of the servers in the remote agent list are not running 24x7. The log doesn't display any errors about not being able to contact the servers. Is there any logic I can place in the original template/script to capture the servers that do not respond?

Yes, by default the generated script ignores errors. Please see the code

OnErrorGoTo NEXT_HOST

You can modify the logic to write names of failed servers to a log file or do whatever you whant to do.
