We have bought one single licence of your 24x7 product (order n#16971066) but when we try to enter the licence key it seems that one number is missing : the format asked by the program is 5digits-7digits-5digits or we have only a key like 5digits-6digits-5digits.

So what can you do about this ?

It sounds like you bought the 24x7 Scheduler 2.4 and trying to apply the given serial number to 24x7 Scheduler 3.x fro mthe 24x7 Atuomation Suite
