The 7 day job forecast report still is incorrect as per my previous posting. The only quasi-workaround for this that I have found it using the Job Monitor and setting the scale to 168 hours (7 days)

Please send a copy of your job database, schedule log and all files from [24x7 home dir]/Performance Data directory to support. This should make possible for us to completely recreate your environment (from a report point of view). If it appears to be a reproducible problem, we will try to get it fixed in the next maintenance release 3.1.1 planned for release in 2 weeks.
