Received my serial no. and downloaded most current version 3.0.3. As I had an earlier demo version, I used add remove Programs to remove earlier version and deleted folders per page 34 of users' manual. As I am interested in running 24x7 as a service on W2000, I noticed that the Service properties still points to D:\Program Files\24x7 Scheduler 2.0\24x7srv.exe. How do I change this as the fiels is not an editable on in the Service Properties? Registry hack? If so, where?

Go to Tools/Options menu, Service tab. Check and then uncheck the service box. Click OK and restart your computer. This will remove the old service. Repeat this, but the second time leave the Service check box checked.
