I am not eble to send the Email through SMTP inteface . Please help me in this.
Tell me what configuration is required in production servers. This is a problem in the porduction server.

Q1. What is the system options.
Q2. what is account and password

Select Tools/Options menu. The Options dialog will appear.

On the General tab choose SMTP for the Email Interface

For the Message Encoding select anything that undersood by your email client. Try sending emails to yourself in different encodings and check which one is better. The most common option is "MIME: Quoted-Printable"

For content type select "plain text" or "HTML" whatever you like more.

For the SMTP server specify name or TCP/IP address of your SMTP server

If there is no error, check with your email system admin if your email was rejected by the server and what was the reason.

I create the job in Example Job.bat file. When run job right way it working fine using "Run Now" When I close the 24x7 Example Job.dat file the job is not luanched by the 24x7 Scheduler Service. Give me the link where can I find the good documentation.

When you start the service, it is started from the Windows directory and because of that it cannot find the Example Jobs.dat file, which is installed with the evalution version. To fix this issue, start 24x7 manually then use File/Save As command to save the file with the same or different name, then restart the service.
The "Save As" forces 24x7 to remember the complete job database file name including the path.
