In Job properties wizard -
I select the following:

Run this job: Monthly
Run this job on the following day(s):
The FIRST MONDAY.

I interpret that as the first monday of every month. Is that correct?
My jobs that I have selected these options for are rnning every Monday.

That's correct, it should run once a month on the first Monday only. If you are sure that all or some monthly jobs in your job database run more often please email details to support and open new support case.
