Hi,
I am running a FTP job nightly. I would like to be able to output all of the FTP statements to a text file. This would be so that the report could be checked daily to make sure that the FTP transfer went through without any errors.
I would like to have the report placed into a specific place on the PC, ie not in the 24x7 Scheduler directory.
I only want to see the statements from this job, also the file should be overwritten everynight.
Can you please tell me if this is possible with 24x7 Scheduler or will I need to write some code.

You can turn on "Tracing" in the Tools/Options/Log
As the last statement of your job you can do FileCopy(" c:\program files\24x7 Scheduler 2.0\script.log", "my backup file")

Also note that 24x7 performs all possible error checks while executing jobs. I can ensure you that if anything goes wrong you will see an error reported in the job log.
