Post Starting JAL as user Reply with quote

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple JAL tasks that each use a different NT userID to process? I have to gather files from different servers that require separate userID's to allow a connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it is possible. Every such *job* should consists of two jobs:
One for the main JAL script and another with a simple script containing just 2 lines like the following:

Dim task_id, number
RunAsUser "24x7.EXE /JOB[first job id here], "", [user], [password], [domain], task_id

Thanks! I'll try that.
