The JobDescribe statement sounds like something that I could use to achieve the desired results, but how do I dynamically read the Job database to get the properties for every job. I remember something about a contest to read the job database and reformat it, but I cannot find it on your website. : As Len said, you can get the entire job database exported to let's say MS : Access database then copy and paste only the desired information. If you : have an Excel ODBC driver, you can also export to Excel spreadsheet. : For individual job properties consider creating a script job that will use : JobDescribe statement to get the desired properties. : You can also make a Visual Basic or Visual Basic for Application macro that : will get the same properties using 24x7 Scheduler API. Please see : "24x7 Scheduler External Interfaces and API" help topic for more : details. There is an example script for Microsoft Access avaialable in the : on-line help file.
